Route starts off quick on 7km of forest roads then goes into technical rainforest singletrack for about 23km. Some sections a bit grassy and lots of fallen debris. Finishes with a fast finish back to Rummery Park. Vines and leeches got me good but a stunning environment to run through. The west-east variant (the way back) is definitely easier.
