After going a few times to check out sections of this trail I decided it was time to try the whole thing! Due to the wet spring weather we have been having there were some very wet/muddy sections but overall the trail was in good shape. I ran the first half hard and feeling good, but the second half felt harder and made me dig deep. There is some great scenery along the way! I think this route would run faster in reverse possibly because you would have many miles of decline instead of incline so I am interested in trying it that way or hearing someone else’s thoughts!
