Unsupported Summer PL2B, Left Point Lookout a tad later than would have liked at 6:32am with full pack for the day and 4.25L of water. Ran consistently/well to the hill at the 40K point and then began to falter slightly in the heat and thus take in a lot of fluid on the climbs for the remaining 30k, was reduced to a shuffle towards the end due to heat issues so finished 45mins or so outside of what I would have deemed "fast" in 8:24:11 elapsed. 

Did not use any drops/take any support along the way or refill with water at any point, should be noted there is no facility to get water anywhere on this route besides at the start/end. It is very remote in the middle section and there are plenty of snakes (I only saw Black snakes today)
