Frontenac Provincial Park is so beautiful. We had a great day to run it, the sun was out strong, but not too hot & no bugs yet. This is a tough route, it doesn't seem like a crazy amount of elevation, but it felt like non-stop hills on technical trails. We each carried our own food & water.
