Note: For some reason my GPS decided to stop recording just 100m or so before I finished my descent all the way to the register. I had my watch locked and time going all the way down to the road, and the time seems to be accurate based on what my watch read when I finished and stopped it, but for some reason the GPS file is reading short when I uploaded it.
Had loads of fun on the descent especially! I think I was over-excited and started too hard, maybe redlined, so the second half of my ascent was a little slower sufferfest. Beauty day to run this, pretty hot out with lovely views and clear skies. Trail was only a little muddy in sections from the past few days of rain, but I find this trail drys out pretty fast. Got a bit turned around at the top, but nothing really really detrimental. A man decided to have his lunch break in the middle of the logs that cross the lake halfway down, so that was a fun few moments where he couldn't let me by without swimming, nor could I get around him!
