Winter FKT of Brecon to Neath along as much of the Sarn Helen Roman road that I was able to find/research.
Unsupported in that I carried everything with me, but Ben ran with me from Brecon to the visitor centre then bailed, so falls under "supported".
This run was not easy on the ankles, and could have been accurately described as a duathlon at time.
Was only meant to be 53km but there were some monumental nav f@@kups 😂 This would be an easy FKT to beat.
