Learned of this route after a friend ran it a few years ago and happened to be in Massachusetts so thought I'd check it out. Decided the night before to see if it was listed on FKT and it was! Fun to have a time to shoot for. Trail was super dry with the exception of a patch of snow or two. Couple of deep leafy spots that slowed down a few descents a bit. Ran out of water sometime during mile 10 which made for a bit of spice on the return just daydreaming of chugging so much water. Found a snow patch on the way back and chewed on a handful of snow for a bit which didn't do to much to quench my thirst. Probably a little dehydrated by the end. Super fun route, glad to have gotten on it!
