This was my first training run after learning I'd be joining some friends for a 50-miler in July. I had always wanted to do this route and get to the top of all the ski peaks. I stashed food & water at App Gap and then parked at Lincoln Gap to start. It was a hot day but a good one to test out nutrition and water. Kimchi at the midpoint was key!
