Fueled up before hand and carried just enough water and food for 4 hours 2nd half was difficult as very overgrown and hard to spot the paths so had to double back on myself a few times meaning lost time and extra millage but I got it done and thankfully had time in the bag so didn't panic
Didn't run with anyone infact nobody knows I did it as I've set all my runs to private on Strava I only decided to do it the day before
