Started at 7am ish on the 15th July 2023 in Tonbridge following the GPX file along the river. Pretty easy to follow, hadn't done any of the route before.
Had to take a diversion through Aylesford as a section was closed off, which added an extra mile and a couple of places were very overgrown but apart from that all was straight forward.
Houses have been built on the route around Peters bridge as well so a little extra running there as well 😅
Had 3 different incidents when dogs tried to bite me, and also some drugged up wild camper chasing me with a rottie so it wasn't as boring as I thought it was going to be 🤣🤣
A very flat route apart from one good climb out of wouldham to join on to the North Downs for a mile or so.
Finished at Rochester castle after running 29.5 miles instead of the 28 miles in just over 4hrs 11.
