I started at 6am from Llanberris on Saturday the 24th August. I was supported by my wife the whole way and ran solo for the first 90 miles, then Ali joined me at Rhayader to run/shuffle the remaining 40 miles.
Very nearly had to abandon it in the middle of the night due to a massive storm, with Thunder and lightning and torrential rain, but I managed to see it through, but did lose a few hours due to this.
The Route itself was stunning in parts and absolutely horrendous as well. Snowdon and Cadair idris were very straightforward, but Pen y fan decided to throw one more little challenge at us, the weather was really bad and if I wasn't 128 miles into the challenge I probably wouldn't of done it, but we got it done, and very surprisingly my quads allowed me to run the descent.
Finishing in Pont ar daf Carpark on Sunday 25th August in 36 hours 47 minutes and 38 seconds
