Took this very steady as had done a long run the previous day, but was a great route and lovely weather for a run this weekend.
I mostly walked the hills to save my legs, and ran the downs as best I could. I had thought I'd get in around 3hours but the hills were tough on tired legs.
I was a little confused at around the 24km point on the route but worked my way to the turn around point.
