I wished I warmed up a little before this. Legs felt bad going right into it especially with the first mile being so hilly. Stomach felt pretty bad the whole time. I had to stop around mile 6 to go to the bathroom. Had two maurtens one reg and one caff. Had dinner around 9 the night before so I think that’s where my stomach issues stemmed from. Glad to get the FKT and the effort was harder than I thought it would be to get it.
