I originally planned to do this the following day but it looked like we might get some rain, which isn't great for Bear Mountain, so I was able to squeeze this in before dark. There was still some ice on the north side of Bear and the trails were pretty wet from snowmelt. I had done about half of these trails before and mostly wanted to check out the rest of this loop for a possible attempt at the standard route. Brace Mountain is beautiful.
