It was my husband and my 9th wedding anniversary so decided to celebrate with a trail marathon. We started out the door of the Canmore Nordic centre and ran clockwise. I carried all my own fuel/water. Rainy conditions made for nice cool temps, albeit a little slick on the river side heading back to CNC. Finished fast in hopes of coming in under 3:45 which we were able to do! Can’t think of a better way to celebrate together.
