Wyruszyłem 02 września 2025 ,o godzinie 3.00 na Główny Szlak Beskidzki , w kierunku z Wołosatego do Ustronia . Biegłem w formule self supported. Całą trasę przemierzyłem samodzielnie. Miałem że sobą 15 litrowy plecak , którego zawartość ważyła 6-7kg. Zapasy wody i żywności uzupełnieniałem w sklepach i schroniskach przy szlaku, wodę również że źródeł. Parę razy spałem po około 1 godzinie w schroniskach oraz kilka razy po kilkanaście minut bezpośrednio na szlaku,jeden raz musiałem zostać w schronisku na około 5 godzin ze względu na szalejącą w nocy burzę. Na trasie spotkałem dwa razy niedźwiedzia, 3 wilki oraz znalazłem się w samym środku wielkiego stada krów i byków w czasie mglistej nocy - wszyscy przeżyli 😉. Oprócz rejonu schronisk i popularnych szczytów prawie nie spotykałem ludzi. Szlak jestem bardzo malowniczy i urokliwy. Do Ustronia dotarłem 07 września,po godzinie 12.30. To była świetna przygoda.

Różnica w pomiarach czasu między urządzeniem poltrax a zegarkiem wynika z tego , że przypadkowo dwa razy zatrzymałem zegarek, dlatego za prawidłowy czas należy przyjąć czas z urządzenia poltrax.

I set off on September 2, 2025, at 3:00 AM on the Main Beskid Trail, heading from Wołosate to Ustroń. I was running self-supported. I completed the entire route alone. I carried a 15-liter backpack, weighing 6-7 kg. I replenished my water and food supplies at shops and shelters along the trail, as well as from springs. A few times I slept for about an hour in shelters, and a few times for only a few minutes directly on the trail. Once I had to stay in a shelter for about 5 hours due to a storm that raged overnight. Along the route, I encountered a bear twice, three wolves, and found myself in the middle of a large herd of cows and bulls during a foggy night – all survived 😉. Apart from the shelter area and popular peaks, I encountered almost no people. The trail is very picturesque and charming. I arrived in Ustroń on September 7th, after 12:30 PM. It was a great adventure.

The difference in time measurements between the Poltrax device and the watch is due to the fact that I accidentally stopped the watch twice, so the Poltrax time should be considered the correct time.
