I ran from the Delaware/Pennslyvannia state line to the Delaware/Maryland state line in the most direct but safest way possible. This was done to get a better sense of the state of Delaware and also to enjoy a huge effort. The run showcases the diversity of Delaware featuring cities, towns, farms, fields, watersheds, beaches and the ocean. We got to experience a lot of adventure during the run and I highly recommend it.
I had people run with me for sections of the run from the Delaware running community and incredible support. I had my friend Phil, crew me alog with Ed and my wife Jennifer but really we were supported by the entire state of Delaware. People came out at all hours of the day and night to lend encourgement and we couldn't have done it with them.
