Here I am finally at the seven hanging valleys. It’s been weeks since the arrival from London.

The afternoon sun dominates the hues of shadow, stomping the naked cliffs, mirrors the deepest blue green water into the sky or is it contrary.
The moment where looking over the North Atlantic ocean, this vividness softly hugs my heart and never let go. Hearing the wind, genuine peace or restless infinity.
Wanderlust.

My recovering Achille would like this, too?
Despite the heat, the eyes of hikers vagrantly capturing the beauty, curved throughout long history.

The stops to photograph or the long stairs were the good compagnie.
When finished at the Marinha Beach, in a twinkling of an eye, my water bottle was empty.

The trail is well marked, maintained and clean. Some area has no guardrails but no loose stones. As advised, I kept a good distance from the cliff edges as I run along.

I am grateful to dedicate this Run to my running journey - Miki’s Virtual Run from London to Kabul, running 6704KM/4166Miles throughout 2021 to support a charity “Free to Run”, works to support women and girls in areas of conflict such as in Afghanistan and Iraq through adventure sports to build their physical, emotional, and social well-being; developing them into community leaders so they can bring people together across cultural, ethnic, and religious lines.
