Tried this FKT route on a warm and sunny, but not too humid afternoon after work. The route runs mostly on forest roads, only shorter passages are narrow trails or slightly technical. Signposting and navigation usually works without any problems - only at km 3 was either the GPS signal or the Komoot map not quite accurate, so that I took the right path in the forest on the second attempt, although the signage with the yellow diamond was clearly visible beforehand. So just follow this directly at km 3 and you are on the right track. Almost the entire route is runnable, but on a few short, steep passages it still makes sense to hike to save some energy.
I ran without water or food, which is easily manageable given the short distance. If you do get thirsty, there are enough drink stands along the route (fountains or refrigerators with self-service), just pack some coins and enjoy one of the many beautiful views.
