It’s a really fun route up to Job’s little sister - a pretty steep scramble up a sandy gulch with some solid class 3 rock climbing to get to the summit. Job’s peak looks extremely close from this point and it seems easy to just walk over the ridge and a few hundred feet up to the peak. However, the route is full of thick brush and it is soul-crushingly slow bush-whacking to the base of the peak. Then it’s a 500 ft sandy climb up to the top. I actually had planned to go up and down the same way, but once I reached Job’s peak I could not get myself to go back through the bushes and decided to go down an easier route… The whole climb took definitely much longer than expected and there is no water on the way. I brought only 2 liters and it wasn’t quite enough.
