Just thought I'd try out the HOOP for fun as a relatively local route for me. Pretty rainy during though fine underfoot as has been dry recently. Solo throughout, just carried a bit of water to keep me going. Had to stop in a few places to check directions but think I managed to stick to the track pretty well - only slight deviation looking back was at the top of the Icknield Way where I took a very overgrown path instead of the correct route as I couldn't see a sign... but got back on track v shortly. Think I could go a little quicker on a rerun as I now know the route (and if it was dry that would help a bit too)!
