FKT: Nicole Gough - Sandy Hook (NJ) - 2026-07-23

Started in C parking lot and headed out past the old missiles and toward the lighthouse and MAST. Saw a lot of deer and rabbits along the way. It was windy out by the barracks but died down past the Mule Barn. Generally cool weather but hot in the sun. I ate a Chia Charge before running and drank water from my running backpack though I saw places to refill bottles along the way.
