Run was done completely alone. Startet early in the morning to avoid the heat. Had 0.5l water and 0.5l isotonic drinks with me. Filled the water half-way at a public fountain (which was mentioned in the fkt route description). Had some gels (Spring Energy) and salt tabletts with me. Hydration and eating went well, no issues.
As the run was done on a Monday, I almost did not meet any other hiker/trail runner. Weather was nice. Heatet up a little bit towards the end, but overall perfect conditions. Felt really good. Run was done as a training 2 weeks before the Stubai Ultra Trail in which I will participate.
