What a fun route of single track! Felt strong the first 4/5 miles then the heat started to pick up. Hard to really get into a groove because of all the twisting and turning - which is obviously part of the fun! 500cc tailwind, 500cc LMNT, one maurten around mile ten - kept it as light as possible. Got through all the fluids to keep up.
I think I did the loop correctly - main to piglet to grandpa to misery and back to main. I know there has been confusion about the official route but I followed the gpx file perfectly so this should be correct. I will definitely be returning to this route when I'm visiting Tampa again - looking forward to another go!
