FKT: Peter Holden, Nea Sneddon-Jenkins - Penrhys Pilgrimage Way (United Kingdom) - 2023-01-21

We started at Llandaff cathedral at 10:36 on a cold, frosty morning. The route was very well signposted out of the city and we were soon heading through the countryside. We had a really beautiful day running this route with mostly hard icy ground (apart from the knee deep mud sections). We had a couple of navigational errors along the way but both times retraced our steps and made sure we followed the full route. The climb to the golf course at the end was a good way to use up any remaining energy left in the legs.
