Starting from Spetisbury ran along the trailway through Blandford out to Stourpaine, beautiful Shillingstone and onto Sturminster Newton. Managed 2hrs 10mins for one way, then returned. Lovely trailway to run on, nice and easy. Ran unsupported carrying my hydration and snacks.
If anyone else attempts, there's a toilet at Sturminster Newton end point, if required.
