Left at 2.35am from Speightstown on my own, walked to The Animal Flower Cave in the dark, made it to the East Coast for sunrise, then Little Bay, Bathsheba, The Nothing Box, Bath Beach, Ragged Point, Airport, Oistins, Bridgetown along the Coast Road back to Speightstown. 28C degrees throughout, painful blisters, all the Powerade, Lucozade & water from local stores & rum shops. Glad to get it done!
