For several years now I have wanted to attempt a Double Pemi. I have found no records of someone completing one, although a few have tried.
On July 27 2013 at 3 am I set out alone from the suspension bridge at Lincoln woods and proceeded up the Osseo trail completing a clockwise loop and returning to the far side the bridge where I received support from Larisa. After a brief rest, I set out to retrace my steps with my pacer, mountain dog Toby "Steelpawz". We completed a counter clockwise loop, receiving support on the summit of Garfield from Larisa, and returned to the far side of the suspension bridge.
