We set off as a pair both carrying our own kit, nutrition and water. We went from Penlle'r Castle to finish down at rhossili coastguard shed stone.
Jason’s mother met us at three crosses community centre with our supplies where we took on some food and refilled our own packs with water and nutrition. The weather was excellent the whole run.
