We touched the sea at Morgiou, Sormiou and finally back in Cassis, just for the fun factor.
Weather conditions at our day were about 12 degrees Celsius with no rain and a cloud coverage most of the day, and some few moments of sun in the late afternoon.
We could run the route unsupported by carrying resp. 2 liters and 1.5 liters of water. In other seasons the lack of fresh water in National Park les Calanques can become quite challenging. One could consider including a small detour to the parking of university Luminy that has a public drinking water tap point.
