We were in London to attend an event at the Bank of England for their Charity of the year, Petals. To mark the occasion we stayed overnight and planned to do this FKT the next day as our relationship with Petals is linked to our running and it felt fitting.
The navigation with the GPX was fairly simple, a few road crossings but mostly quiet on the canal path itself. Lots of interesting things to look at as we went along, one highlight was passing by London zoo! The rain started around 8km in and we kept pushing to get our target time. It was a lovely experience to share and make our trip to London more memorable.
