FKT: Sarah Huston - Wallowa Lake's Tour (OR) - 2022-09-30

Before day spent in the Wallowa's. Started at Wallowa Lake Trail head and started toward Aneroid Lake. Weather started rainy, not too cold. As the climb went up, got much colder. Had to stop and add layers more than once. Spent time around Lakes Basin, had lunch at Glacier lake. Absolutely stunning day. Self supported - carried everything I needed in my pack. Ran the day solo. The weather was gloomy, the clouds added to the aesthetics. I ran across one other person the whole day, around Lakes Basin. He appeared to be out for the weekend with his dog. I can't wait to take friends back this coming season!
