Hi,

I started at 8:04AM Nov. 7th at the beginning of Battle Rd Trail off of Wood St. I wore a running vest with a camelback of water. The weather was perfect, cool but warmed right up after the first mile. A lot of people out! Followed the route into Concord, where I tried to take a running picture with a monument in the background, instead I stuck my face in the way so the monument is coming out of the top of my head (second picture). It was nice to get off the pavement again heading down to the Minute Man Monument. Ate a skratch lab gummy that I carried with me. Then onto the Reformatory Branch Trail, a lot of runners on this path. Got to Elm Brook sooner than I expected (looks like a longer time on the maps), and went down the Minute Man Trail for about 3.7 miles. Not sure if it was the long flat pavement, but I started feeling sluggish, so I ate a Larabar I had with me. Ran over on the roads to the Lexington Fields, onto Lincoln Path. The route got a little confusing here as there are several trails, but looking at my map after I think I nailed! From there I followed the Across Lexington Trail (combination of roads and some trails) back to the start! I used my Suunto watch and the Suunto App on my phone to track the run. My watch said it was 18.94 miles and 2:37'36, but I left my phone tracker on and ran a bit further to make sure I hit 19 miles, which ended up putting me at 2:39'25. I submitted my phone tracked route, because I felt that was more fair to hit the 19 miles. No one ran with me - all solo. I carried all of my water and food.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Sarah
