I startet at 6:50am in the morning for the almost 12km and 1.900 vertical meters route. I did not start too fast as I had a full training week in my legs but could follow my self-made timetable. I was alone - nobody was running with me - and only crossed a few hiking people. There are several options to refill water - either at the huts or at the natural creeks. Nobody fueled me. I took all my fuel and gear with me. I used one creek to fill one flasks. I felt good the whole way. Only in the middle part it was sometimes challenging to keep the full focus on pushing myself to the limits but I could push the last 400 vertical meters pretty well. It was hard but I love this terrain and could manage this section pretty well.
This FKT is marked as supported as a camera team was at the finish and used a drone to follow me along the route.
