FKT: Shannon Surdyk - Tupper Lake Triad (NY) - 2021-09-30

I parked at the Mount Arab trailhead and ran up and down Mt Arab, then took a left and ran the road to it's end near Eagle Crag Lake. Here I hopped on the tracks for 3.5 miles to Horseshoe Lake, where I got on 421 and ran the road to Route 30. Took a left on 30, followed by an out and back up Goodman Mountain, and then a mile down 30 to finish with an out and back up Coney Mountain. I stopped the clock at the Coney Mt trailhead, where I got picked up by friends.
