Thought I should keep the FKT Flitch Way birthday tradition alive by attempting it on my birthday. Perfect running conditions; sun was shining and most of the trail was under shade. If you like a fast, flat, non-technical trail then this is the one to go for. Only a couple of dog walkers and squirrels to share the trail with. Had all my own water and snacks and a friendly taxi driver to take me back to my car when I'd finished.
