A fun and challenging forest adventure! The boulder fields felt like walking out on a jetty, except we were in the woods. Perhaps because most of my time spent in RI is on the beach! This is a spectacular trail, and very well marked. It was a joy running with my pal Marissa, a connection I made years ago all thanks to running, and Jason. We took turns leading and keeping an eye out for the yellow blaze ahead. It was a strong run by all... and if you haven't had a Wimpy Skippy from Caserta Pizzeria in Providence, you're missing out! Thanks to Marissa, the post-run feast was on point.
