FKT: Steve Mason - Pemigewasset Loop (NH) - 2021-06-25

I started on Friday 6/25/21 at 2:00am heading clockwise. The weather was perfect and there was a full Strawberry moon. I jogged the flats, powerhiked the ups and ran the downs. I was solo the entire route and carried all my own supplies. I only stopped for bathroom breaks and to get water. The bushwhack off the N side of Owls Head towards Lincoln Brook trail was very thick for the first half. All other sections I had been on before and were not a problem. I pushed hard for the last 9 miles once I realized I could finish somewhere in the 16th hour.
