It was 75 degrees and 100% humidity in between bouts of rain, but I did a solo 10 mile tempo on the rush creek trail this morning with very wet feet. Ended up being about MP effort for me currently because of the heat/humidity. My wife met me on the dam and took a picture of me finishing because I didn't want to run with my phone, and she drove me back to Elm creek when I finished because 20 miles would've been a big ask today! The trail is currently being resurfaced and there were a couple minor spots where the trail differed from the previous gpx file. Two sis beta fuel gels. Fun route west-east because it is a net downhill and there are really no climbs once you exit EC park.
