Beautiful run! Thanks to Michael Carney for submitting this route. I went wrong a few times and had to re-trace my steps, but the signs are really good, just have to remember to look out for them and not get over-excited and run off course! There’s lots to get over-excited about, running through lovely woods and fields. Several times you’ve been in the woods and then the trail opens up to a wonderful view. Met several horses and friendly dogs. First half definitely easier than the second, its mainly downhill to begin with and uphill towards the end.
