Well sign-posted and scenic route along the old railway line. Fairly flat, mostly off-road trails with a short section on the pavement crossing the roundabouts at Blandford to get to the next section of the trail.
Steady rain throughout but mild.
I carried a small water bottle, but no other supplies required.
Car park & toilets at the start at Sturminster Newton.
