‘Twas the week before Christmas, I needed some fun, so I posted and planned for an FKT run.
My hydration and fuel were selected with care. The weather was checked and it proved to be fair!
I set out with haste, but cut myself slack, for this trip would be both one way and out/back.
I ran end to end and I took quick pic! Then I got right back at it, just like old St. Nick!
I hustled my bustle straight back to the start! I finished with grit and with guts and with heart!
A great day to run before winter’s deep freeze!
