Description

The Bassett Creek Regional Trail runs through Plymouth, New Hope, Crystal, and Golden Valley. It’s a fun little adventure that starts from the Medicine Lake Regional Trail near French Park and ends close to Theodore Wirth Regional Park. There is a project in the works that will link the Bassett Creek Regional Trail to the Grand Rounds Trail!

Did my 11w5@ marathon pace workout on the route this morning. Fun route, especially going east which is a net downhill. It's still doable even with the 36th ave bridge being out but I had to follow the fenced-in area and cross the street twice there. The creek is super high at the moment, which made some parts of the path east of 100 actually under water.
