I completed the 48 km Dartmoor Crossing FKT route unsupported, just stopping to refill water at the free water fountain in the Postbridge visitor centre. It was part of a longer 55 km run from Okehampton Station to Ivybridge, but I completed the FKT route in 5:16:06, and this is included as a segment in the overall run in the strava link.
It was harder going that expected as decent amounts of the route are across open moorland with some marshes, and at other times the path was quite boggy, but generally happy even if I ended up walking more than I had hoped.
