Ran solo and carried all water and nutrition from the start.
Swallow Cliffs and Palos Orange and Yellow were in great condition. Canal connector was a bit overgrown. Removing several large clumps of cockleburs was a minor annoyance. Overall it went as well as I could have hoped! I live near Palos and I'm familiar with the trail system.
