I formally started in the town of Baños Morales, but the FKT track begins on the path that begins on the side of the road, just passing the rock where there is a cross of Jesus, and before the gypsum mine.
From there trail, to the summit I did 2:48 and in total to the same point, that is, summit-end path 4 hours 20 minutes.
It is physically hard and demanding, I loved this mountain and the view is much better than the hills in the Parva sector (Santiago of Chile sector of mountains).
I was absolutely alone until I met a couple that were disarming the base camp because they had reached the same mountain the day before.
I didn't see anyone else in the valley.
I went up with 1.2 liters of water, but the valley always has a lot, it was not necessary to load. In the end, I drank only from my bottles and took two shots of gel.
It was a round day of classic, solitary and ultra fast mountaineering.
