Got up at 4am and biked from Les Houches up to Le Tour. Headed up the moraine to Albert Premier just after 6am and then continued on the glacier up to Aiguille du Tour on the normal route. Legs were moshy from yesterday's speed session. Didn't meet a single person on the first part up to Albert Premier but there were a lot of people up at the peak. Quickly snapped a couple of photos before heading down again. Biked back to Les Houches after and could definitely feel the legs on the way back.
