11 nov, Armistice ... The ideal reason to attempt my first mini-FKT. Loaded with 4 cookies & a soft flask of water I started at 'sportcomplex Vlaanderen Hofstade'. I was expecting gravel-roads without much heights. I got those, soaked & slidy as it can gets due to the heavy rain of past days. Luckely the whole run I had cold but good weather conditions. The route itself is suprisesingly fun with the single-tracks & very limited a real 'mountainbike-part'. Espacially in the end (domain Hofstade) the route is more challenging, but still great for constant running. Glad that I can say that I once achieved an FKT, although I would think this one will be beaten rather fast. Either way; had some fun, a great morning & the first one thats beat mine time... can contact me for a bottle of chocomelk ;)
