One of my favourite runs in ages! A superb route with plenty of hills, woodland, varying terrain and views. As mentioned by others, navigation isn't the easiest from the gpx file. At around 6.5 miles it takes you to a wire fence around private land, you'd be better to stick on the path, there were also some very overgrown sections but still passable at a walk. I took my own supplies and ran solo.
