A very beautiful and spectacular route - one of the nicest ones I have done so far!
Running, hiking, “climbing”, crawling, crossing the Ardeche twice (no bridges)…
It was fun, more exhausting than 24k might sound like and really great views!
It was a beautiful day, dry and warm. The 1st half has a lot of shade, the 2nd not so much.
Do not miss this route, if you are in the area.
The next day we did the same tour by kayak - highly recommend as you have even more time to enjoy the view.
